About Zorp
Zorp Video is a video knowledge management system that lets organizations use their own employees to shoot, record and database videos using devices as simple to use as smart phones. This makes Zorp Video a video content management system purpose-built to enable organizations to centralize, manage and deliver video securely online from anywhere in the world using the organizations Virtual Private Network and internal servers to keep its videos – its intellectual property – secure.
With Zorp Video organizations also can capture with smart phones, laptops, personal computers, cameras and other video recording devices demos, training, and events that your employees can then instantly find any relevant moment in any recording and play it back on demand using Zorp Video machine learning technology.
The videos can be best practices, new research, new innovations and any other information deemed vital to your organization. An administrative team within your organization reviews all the raw videos before they are filed in the business database. With Zorp Video an organization can centralize all relevant video assets in a secure video database.
As new products and services are developed, much of what is learned comes from employees’ personal experiences and perceptions gleaned real-time during the development process. Unfortunately this tacit knowledge has been difficult to chronicle and thus share with the rest of the team and company.
Knowledge is the currency today in the global marketplace. With cutting edge knowledge, companies can create a sustainable competitive advantage over equally nimble competitors. Creating more innovative products then is the key to corporate survival.
With Zorp Video, companies can capture and manage this newly developed knowledge through videos shot by employees as they develop it. Videos are archived in a data base and harvested through machine learning technology that zeros in precisely on the key words or phrases within the videos. All videos are stored securely in the corporate cloud, which allows any employee anywhere in the company anywhere in the world to view it as needed, speeding the new product development process.
